Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms:

– Full balance of payment is required 30 days prior to clients’ arrival.
– A confirmation voucher will be issued only on receipt of 100% payment of booking. Nanare Chalet may at its discretion not honor a booking if payment has not been received within 30 days from the arrival date.
– In the event of an increase in taxes, levies and any other statutory charges, or any other input costs, we reserve the right to make amendments to the rates accordingly.
– Amboseli National Park Game Reserve Fee costs are collected at time of print and may change without prior notice.
 

Cancellation/Amendment and Reduction in Number Policy:

– Between 40 and 30 days prior to date of stay 20% of the total cost will be charged.
– Between 29 days and a No Show, 100% of the total cost will be charged.
 

Late Departure Policy:

– Check-out time is 10 am, regardless of the time of arrival.
– Late departures after 11.00 will be charged at $100 per adult and $50 per child. This will include lunch if required.
 

Insurances:

– All guests should take out comprehensive insurance cover when paying their confirmation deposit, to cover them for cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, personal baggage, emergency evacuation back home and money.
